About Benediction CC
Benediction Cycling Club founded in 2005 by Benoit Munyankindi and Felix Sempoma, out of love for cycling and their willingness to help and develop talented young cyclists to the practice of professional sports in order to change their socio-economic lives through cycling sport.
Benoit and Felix as partners, built a successful cycling development program in Rwanda, which also includes a fully supported best women's team in Rwanda, promising young riders on top in the country and this matching with the target of the founders : “To have for the first time in Rwanda a UCI continental team”.
Benediction Cycling Club based in Rubavu, on the shores of Lake Kivu in western Rwanda has the best develop a big numbers of the best riders men and women winner of the big event and Tours at the continental leval like 2015 Tour du Rwanda, 2019 Tour du Senegal , 2017Tour du Camerroon, 2019Tour du Congo and others many ones without ignoring the gold medal in 2015 All Africa Game and 2019 Africa Championiship in Ethiopia.
In the history of Rwanda, in November 2018, Benediction Cycling Club registered the first Rwandan based UCI Continental Team for the 2019 Season.
